Nagorik Oikya president Mahmudur Rahman Manna has said that consensus among all is essential considering the overall situation of the country.
He made this comment at a press conference organized at Nagorik Oikya central office on Topkhana Road in Purana Paltan in the capital on Monday.
Mahmudur Rahman Manna said, “Considering the overall and political situation of the country, everyone must be in consensus for the democratic transition. We must increase mutual understanding. Nagorik Oikya wants the rift between the BNP and the student community to be resolved.”
At this time, he announced a meeting with BNP, National Citizen Committee, Ganotantra Mancha and student coordinators at a hotel in Paltan on Wednesday afternoon.
