Bangladesh on Thursday reported zero Covid-19 death in 24 hours while it recorded 273 new coronavirus-positive cases during the period, reports UNB.
According to the latest statement of the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), country's total fatalities remained unchanged at 29,315. The new number took its caseload to 2,009,697.
The daily case test positivity rate fell to 3.32 per cent from Thursday's 3.52 per cent as 2,763 samples were tested.
The mortality rate remained unchanged at 1.46 per cent and the recovery rate at 97.18 per cent.
