FIDE Master Sakline Mostafa Sajid has moved into a shared third position with 3.5 points, alongside seven other players, following the sixth round of the Asian Junior (Under-20) Chess Championship currently underway in Colombo, Sri Lanka, reports BSS.
The fifth and sixth round matches were held on Monday.
In the fifth round, FIDE Master Sakline Mostafa secured a victory over India’s FIDE Master Adireddy Arjun. However, he suffered a setback in the sixth round, losing to IM Jain Kashish Manoj.
