Bashundhara Shuvosangho has held a view exchange meeting at Dhaka University (DU).
Held on Thursday, the event also included an introduction session for the newly formed convening committee on the campus.
Participants discussed providing free guidelines to students seeking university admission.
Shuvosangho DU unit Convener Md Aminur Rahman, Member Secretary Ruhani Khatun and members Nasifur Rahman, Abdul Momin, Shirin Akhter, Priya Akhter, and about 300 well-wishers of Shuvosangho took part in the programme.
Shuvosangho central committee Vice President Shamim Al Mamun, Publication Secretary Shah Mohammad Hasibur Rahman and representatives Tahmid Arefin Sajid, Mehedi Hasan, Shakil Hasan, Ali Azgar, Rabbi Hasan, Azizul Hakim Jewel Mia, Hanif Ali, Farhad Hossain, Ashraf Hossain Riyad Hossain, Shirin Akhter, Nusrat Oishi Ritu, Sharmin Akhter, Atri Bhattacharya Hiya, Rima Akhter and Sharifa Akhter were present.
DU unit Convenor M Aminur Rahman said, “Our main goal is to stand by the underprivileged people of the society and extend a helping hand to the students.”
“We have taken an important decision from this exchange meeting, which will be very fruitful for thousands of students dreaming of higher education. The process of admission to the university after the HSC examination is a challenging time for students,” he added.
Bashundhara Shuvosangho DU branch members Faiza Tarin, Mosharraf Hossain, Habibur Rahman, Sufi, Johnny Som, Ashikur Rahman, Rafi, Murad, Ripon, Aritra, Habibullah Rahman, Takdimul Hasan and Bashundhara Shuvosangho Government College of Applied Human Science branch President Muslimena Sultana and General Secretary Labanya Mallick were also present at the meeting.
