Popular film actress Bidya Sinha Saha Mim has steadily carved a strong place in the hearts of audience since the beginning of her acting career. She made her big-screen debut with the film “Amar Achhey Jol” directed by legendary filmmaker Humayun Ahmed. Early in her journey, Mim achieved a significant milestone by winning the National Film Award for her performance in “Jonakir Alo”.
From that promising start to the present day, Mim has continued to prove her versatility through numerous dramas, films, and web series. She has also expanded her career beyond Bangladesh by working in Kolkata’s film industry.
Currently, the actress is going through a busy and exciting phase in her career. Alongside shooting for a new film, she has already wrapped up another project and recently completed work on a web film. Altogether, Mim has three upcoming projects lined up, each showcasing her in completely different roles.
A few days ago, she participated in the shooting of the web film “Life Line”, directed by Kazi Azad. The project revolves around various struggles and experiences in a woman’s life, offering Mim a chance to portray a completely new character.
Sharing her experience, Mim said to the media that shooting took place in Kuakata, where she enjoyed working in a scenic location and gained many new experiences. She described “Life Line” as a performance-driven project that allowed her to fully explore her acting abilities.
“It was challenging for me. I shot outdoors, which was difficult at times, but I also enjoyed it. I work because I truly enjoy acting,” she added.
Meanwhile, Mim has started shooting for another film titled “Jibon Opera”, directed by Alvi Ahmed. On the other hand, she recently completed the shooting of the movie “Malik”, directed by Saif Chandan. In this film, she reunites with Arifin Shuvoo after nearly four years, following their previous collaboration in “Sapludu”.
With three different characters across three new projects, audience can expect to see Mim in a refreshing and dynamic new light.
