After several years, Adil Hossain Noble, often hailed as the prince of Bangladesh’s modeling world, has once again appeared before the television camera. For 34 years, Noble has reigned as one of the country’s most iconic male models and remains celebrated as the leading man of Bangladesh’s first package drama, “Prachir Periye.”
Beyond his modeling and acting career, Noble has also made a mark in the corporate world. Currently serving as the Managing Director and CEO of Axentec, a subsidiary of Robi Axiata Limited, he continues to excel in leadership, proving himself a star in every field he enters.
In a recent podcast appearance, Noble reflected on his early life and the discipline that shaped his journey.
He revealed that he grew up under strict parental guidance, particularly from his mother, who often discouraged his love for sports — especially cricket. Interestingly, she even objected the day before he modeled for the first time. But a determined Noble made a silent promise to himself: one day he would earn his mother’s pride and ease her worries.
He did just that. Despite the fame and attention, Noble has remained grounded and principled. “There is no point in getting distracted once you achieve something,” he said. “If your self-control mechanism is in order, everything is easy.”
In the conversation, Noble also shared a fascinating behind-the-scenes story from his early career. The first TV commercial (TVC) he ever shot was never aired. At that time, three popular models — Imran (for Coca-Cola), Salman Shah (for Fanta), and Noble (for Sprite) — were part of the same campaign. However, due to technical reasons, only Salman Shah’s commercial made it to air.
Interestingly, Noble later admitted he was relieved that his first TVC didn’t broadcast, as he wasn’t satisfied with his performance. His breakthrough, however, came soon after, when he appeared in a tea commercial directed by Afzal Hossain, which made him a household name.
Fans will soon see Noble again on screen as a special guest in the 11th episode of Maasranga Television’s popular podcast “Behind the Fame with RRK.” Hosted by Rumman Rashid Khan, the episode will air today at 9:00pm on Maasranga Television and Radio Din Raat 93.6 FM.
