Govt fixes sugar and date prices for Ramadan
The government has fixed the prices of low-grade dates at Tk150-Tk165 and Zaidi dates at Tk170-Tk180 per kg for the month of Ramadan. Besides, the price of sugar per kg has been fixed at Tk 140. The maximum price of packaged sugar has been fixed at Tk 145. Traders have been instructed to sell dates and sugar at these prices.
