The Ministry of Education on Friday dismissed as baseless a rumour claiming that the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) examination routine would not be published and that students would only know their subjects inside the examination hall.
In a statement, the ministry said misleading and unverified information about the upcoming SSC exams has been circulating on social media and various online platforms, causing confusion among students and guardians.
It specifically referred to a widely shared claim suggesting that the exam routine would be withheld to prevent cheating, with students learning their subjects only upon entering the exam hall.
The ministry categorically rejected the claim, stating that no such decision has been taken regarding the SSC examinations and urging the public to rely only on official sources for accurate information.
