The Bangladesh Embassy in Beirut has urged Bangladeshi nationals in Lebanon to remain in safe shelters until authorities issue clear guidance on the ceasefire situation with Israel.
In a notice issued on Thursday local time, the mission advised expatriates not to leave their current safe locations until the Lebanese government makes a specific announcement regarding the ongoing ceasefire, reports The Daily Sun.
The embassy said uncertainty still surrounds the situation between Lebanon and Israel, prompting the need for caution among foreign nationals, including Bangladeshis.
Officials urged all Bangladeshis in Lebanon to stay alert and follow instructions from local authorities and the embassy to ensure their safety.
