Foreign Affairs Advisor Touhid Hossain said, “One and a half years of duty have come to an end, with good and bad. This period of duty was a journey of challenges and achievements.”
He said these things on the eve of his departure from the ministry on Monday.
The advisor said that with the end of state duties, he will return to his past life. However, writing will not stop and he will continue to speak on various contemporary issues.
Before leaving, he met with senior officials of the ministry, including senior secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Asad Alam Siam, in a courtesy farewell meeting. The formalities ended with an exchange of mutual greetings and gratitude. Later, the outgoing advisor also took a photo with his colleagues as a souvenir.
