Jamaat-e-Islami Ameer Dr. Shafiqur Rahman has said that the upcoming 13th National Parliament election will be conducted in a fully fair and impartial manner in the interest of democracy and civil rights.
He made the remarks while speaking at the inaugural ceremony of the Policy Summit organised by Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami at Hotel Intercontinental in Dhaka on Tuesday morning.

He said Jamaat-e-Islami would support and cooperate with any political party in future political developments, provided it takes a firm stance against corruption, safeguards the independence of the judiciary, and supports necessary reforms.
Calling for national unity, Dr. Shafiqur urged people from all parts of the country to work together to build a developed Bangladesh.
The event was attended by ambassadors from various countries, leaders of different political parties, business representatives, and senior media figures.
