BNP views the signing of the July Charter on October 15 positively, said the party's Senior Joint Secretary General Ruhul Kabir Rizvi.
He said this while talking to the reporters after laying wreaths and reciting Fateha at the tomb of martyred President Ziaur Rahman on Friday morning by the newly formed committee of the Agriculturalists Association of Bangladesh.
Ruhul Kabir Rizvi expressed hope that the political parties will reach a decision on the July Charter before the scheduled time through talks.
He said that if you believe in democracy, it is possible to reach a decision on this issue.
