Cultural Affairs Adviser Mostafa Sarwar Farooki praised the ‘July Commemoration’ program and said that if we are united, nothing can stand in front of us.
He made the remark on Tuesday in his verified Facebook account, saying that let the July memory guide us and unite us like last July.
Thanking BNP, he wrote, “Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) think-tank deserves a big salute for kicking off July commemoration with a highnote last night at Shaheed Minar! I am sure other stakeholders have worked out their plans.”
Then he highlighted the need for unity, saying, “Let July memory guide us and unite us like last July. Nothing can stand in front of us when we are together.”
“And oh yes, watch out for the national commemoration calender which launches today! Let’s join not only the nationally organised programs but also all other programs organised by all stakeholders!” he furthered.
In the post, he separately commented on the music. He wrote, “Thank you to The Red July, for using our favorite July song in the video. Last July, the song took on a new meaning. And this version sung by Ark Mukherjee is absolutely amazing.”
