BNP Standing Committee member Salahuddin Ahmed has said that we have to get out of the idea that we have to accept all the proposals given by the National Consensus Commission.
He made this comment while talking to reporters during the lunch break of the seventh day of the second round of the meeting of the Consensus Commission and political parties at the Foreign Service Academy in the capital on Sunday.
Salahuddin Ahmed said, “We have to decide how and through what process the consensus will be reached. We will ratify the issues on which there will be consensus... and those on which there will be no consensus will not be implemented. We have to get out of the idea that we have to accept all the proposals given by the Consensus Commission.”
