Justice Khandaker Diliruzzaman removed

Justice Khandaker Diliruzzaman of the High Court Division has been removed from his post of a judge.

The Law, Justice, and Parliamentary Affairs Ministry said the Law and Justice Division issued a gazette notification on May 21 regarding his removal.

The gazette, signed by Law and Justice Division Secretary Sheikh Abu Taher, said the President removed Justice Khandaker Diliruzzaman from his post as per section (6) of Article 96 of the constitution.
