Eid advance train ticket sales begin on May 21

Bangladesh Railway will begin selling advance train tickets for Eid-ul-Adha on May 21, with a special seven-day advance ticket sale arrangement.

Online tickets for western zone trains will be available from 8:00 am, and eastern zone tickets from 2:00 pm.

Tickets for May 31 will be available on May 21, followed by tickets for June 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, which will be sold on May 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, and 27, respectively.

Bangladesh Railway Eastern zone deputy COPS Tarique Mohammad Imran confirmed the information.

The railway authority has arranged five pairs of special trains for various routes marking Eid.

Holy Eid-ul-Adha is likely to be celebrated on June 7 or 8, subject to the sighting of the moon.
