Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has started an investigation into corruption of former APS and PO of two advisors of the interim government.
ACC director general Akhter Hossain shared this information at a press conference on Sunday. He said that intelligence process have been started against the former officials of the two advisors.
The two officials are Moazzem Hossain, former APS of interim government advisor Asif Mahmud Sajeeb Bhuiyan, and Tuhin Farabi, personal officer of the health advisor.
Earlier on Sunday, Bangladesh Jubo Odhikar Parishad protested in front of the Press Club against the lobbying business worth hundreds of crores of taka reported in the media against Moazzem Hossain and Tuhin Farabi.
Later, the party leaders and activists also protested in front of the organization's Segunbagicha office with the ‘March to ACC program.’
Then, a 6-member delegation including the organization's president and general secretary met with the organization's chairman, Abdul Momen, and gave them a 15-day ultimatum to investigate and arrest them.
