Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) has forecast a mix of weather conditions across the country for the next 24 hours, starting from 9:00 am today (April 27).
While some areas are likely to experience rain or thundershowers, the majority of the country will remain dry, with a continued heat wave in effect.

Isolated showers are also possible in one or two places over Rajshahi and Chattogram divisions. The rest of the country is expected to experience mainly dry weather, with occasional cloud cover.
Yesterday (April 26), the highest recorded rainfall was 86 mm in Dimla, Rangpur.
A mild to moderate heat wave is sweeping over the Rajshahi division and the districts of Tangail, Faridpur, Gopalgonj, Manikgonj, Maulvibazar, Khulna, Jashore, and Chuadanga, and is expected to continue.
Day and night temperatures are likely to remain nearly unchanged nationwide.
On Saturday, the highest temperature in the country was recorded at 38.3°C in Rajshahi.
The sun will set today at 6:26 pm and rise tomorrow at 5:27 am in the capital.
