BNP held a meeting with a delegation of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) visiting Dhaka.
The meeting began at 6:30 pm on Saturday at the Westin Hotel in the capital.
According to a post on Facebook, the BNP media cell said that an 8-member delegation led by Peng Jiubin, head of the Southeast and South Asia Bureau of the International Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, participated in the meeting. A 7-member delegation led by Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir participated the meeting from BNP.
The BNP delegation also included Standing Committee member Nazrul Islam Khan, Chairperson's Advisory Council member Ismail Zabiullah, Legal Affairs Secretary barrister Kaiser Kamal, Foreign Affairs Advisory Committee member Humayun Kabir, Media Cell member Mahmuda Habiba, and Chairperson's private secretary and former secretary ABM Abdus Sattar.
