Pakistan's Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Ishaq Dar, is set to pay an official visit this month, confirmed Foreign Adviser Md Touhid Hossain, reports BSS.
"The visit has been finalized, and we will confirm the exact date in the next few days," Hossain told reporters at the foreign ministry.
While asked about the discussion topics with his Pakistani counterpart, he said, they will discuss all aspects of the relations.
Before Ishaq Dar's tour, Pakistan Foreign Secretary Amna Baloch will visit Dhaka in the third week of April to hold talks with her Bangladesh counterpart Md Jashim Uddin.
Ishaq Dar's upcoming trip to Dhaka will mark the first visit by a Pakistani Foreign Minister since 2012.
Meanwhile, US Deputy Assistant Secretary on the Bureau of South and Central Asian Affairs Nicole Ann Chulick and Deputy Assistant Secretary on the Bureau of East Asian and Pacific Affairs Andrew R. Herrup will visit Bangladesh next week.
"During the visit, there will be discussions on all aspects of relations with the United States," said the foreign adviser.
