The newly-joined advisor of the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Md. Mahfuz Alam, exchanged his views with officials of the ministry and subordinate departments and agencies.
This exchange meeting was held in the meeting room of the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting on Thursday afternoon.
Advisor Mahfuz Alam said at the meeting that it is not possible to implement the activities of the ministry smoothly without the cooperation of all concerned. In cases where the ministry has opportunities for work, those opportunities should be utilized and the ongoing activities of the ministry should be completed within short time.
He called on the officials of the ministry and subordinate departments and agencies to adopt specific plans to improve the quality of the ministry's work and implement them. The advisor expects the cooperation of all concerned in running the ministry.
Secretary of the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Mahbuba Farzana, delivered a welcome speech at the exchange meeting. At the beginning of the meeting, additional secretary Farah Shammi presented the introduction of the ministry and its subordinate departments.
The officials of the ministry and the heads of the subordinate departments were present at the exchange of views.
Earlier, the secretary of the ministry, Mahbuba Farzana, presented floral greetings to Advisor Mahfuz Alam at the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting.
