The Chief Organizer of the Jatiya Nagorik Committee, Sarjis Alam, has reiterated his determination not to show leniency towards murderers.
In a post on his verified Facebook account, he informed his followers that 3,924 people had been arrested nationwide during ‘Operation Devil Hunt’.
The government has recently launched a special nationwide operation called "Operation Devil Hunt" to curb criminal activities.
Under this operation, law enforcement agencies are arresting individuals involved in crimes, including those accused of attacks and killings during the July mass uprising.
As part of this effort, a total of 3,924 people have been arrested in the past seven days.
