Dr Shafiqur Rahman, the Ameer of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami, urged everyone to remain vigilant as he feels there is a big conspiracy going on against the country.
“There is a multi-pronged conspiracy against us in the present time. Therefore, we must remain more vigilant and aware,” said the Jamaat Ameer.
On Friday, he made this statement as the chief guest at a gathering that was held at Sea Shell Resort in Purbachol, Dhaka.
The Jamaat Ameer further stated, "If we fail this time, the people of Bangladesh will have no place to go. We must always prepare ourselves, not for enjoyment, but for serving the people. We must embrace the entire nation. We should be diligent and honest in all our actions and demonstrate wisdom. We should fear no one except ALLAH."
