Bangladesh Pratidin, the country's most circulated daily is scheduled to complete its 14th year on March 15.
On the occasion of the 14th anniversary and entering the 15th year, a cake-cutting ceremony was organized at Bangladesh Pratidin office premises in the Bashundhara Residential Area of the capital on Saturday evening (March 9).
State Minister for Information and Broadcasting Mohammad Ali Arafat was the chief guest of the programme while Bashundhara Group Managing Director Sayem Sobhan Anvir presided over the function.
Bangladesh Pratidin Editor Naem Nizam moderated it.
Former State Minister for Education Ehsanul Haque Milon, BNP’s senior leader Ruhul Kuddus Talukder Dulu, Kaler Kantho Editor-in-Chief Imdadul Haque Milan, Daily Sun Editor-in-chief Enamul Hoque Chowdhury, News 24 Executive Editor Rahul Raha, among others, were present.
Naem Nizam thanked all the readers, workers and well-wishers of the newspaper marking the occasion.
Bangladesh Pratidin is one of the publications of Bashundhara Media Limited. It is the country's largest circulation daily, launched on 15 March 2010.
