Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) has given permission to BNP to hold a rally at Suhrawardy Udyan in the capital on 26 conditions including not to broadcast speeches of convicted people during the rally, reports UNB.
BNP has been allowed to hold the rally by adding three new conditions to the previous 23 ones, Syed Mamun Mostafa, special assistant to DMP Commissioner, told UNB.
The two other new conditions are not placing the loudspeakers towards the courts and there can be no disturbance that disrupts the proceedings of the courts.
According to the earlier announcement, BNP will hold a public rally at Suhrawardy Udyan at 3 pm on Monday.
