State minister for public Administration Farhad Hossain on Sunday said there will be no need of attestation of documents for applying for government jobs in future as everything will become digitalized, reports UNB.
“Many changes have been brought in this age of digitalization. Attestation of documents will not be needed in future. We will work on it to reduce people’s suffering,” he said while talking to reporters after attending a programme of Bangladesh Secretariat Reporters Forum (BSRF) at the secretariat.
Smart citizens, smart economy, smart society and smart government management—these are the targets, all will be digitalized and there will be no need for attestation of documents, he said.
He also said steps will be taken soon to mitigate the suffering of people.
BSRF General Secretary Masudul Haque administered the programme while its president Fasih Uddin Mahtab delivered the welcome speech.
