British High Commissioner to Bangladesh Sarah Cooke is holding a meeting with BNP on Thursday afternoon.
The meeting began around 3 pm at the BNP Chairperson’s Gulshan office, said party media cell member Sayrul Kabir Khan, reports UNB.
The British envoy is supposed to talk with BNP about various issues relating to the next national election.
BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir, Standing Committee member Amir Khosru Mahmud Chowdhury and Organising Secretary Shama Obaed attended the meeting.
After the meeting, Amir Khosru is likely to brief reporters about the outcome of the meeting.
