In a major reshuffle of the police administration, the government has transferred 16 officials of the DIG rank and 34 officials of additional DIG rank to new posts.
The Public Security Division under the Ministry of Home Affairs on Tuesday issued three separate circulars in this regard.
The circulars, signed by the division’s deputy secretary Sirajum Munira, stated that the orders would come into effect immediately.
