The Israeli Ministry of Health reported that 8,783 settlers have been admitted to hospitals across Israeli-occupied territories since the start of the war on Iran and confrontations that ensued on 28 February, up to 19 May, Al Mayadeen reported.
The data indicates that 882 of those injuries were recorded specifically from the northern front following a ceasefire with Iran on 8 April, while 464 injuries were registered after the ceasefire with Lebanon on 17 April.
The figures reflect a continued flow of casualties linked to Hezbollah's retaliation against Israeli aggression and continued attacks on Israeli occupation forces in southern Lebanon.
According to the same data, a total of 2,953 injuries have been recorded in hospitals in northern occupied Palestine since the beginning of the war.
The Israeli Ministry of Health also noted that 1,043 of the total cases are officially recognized as military personnel injuries within the same period.
Israeli occupation forces reported additional battlefield developments, including the killing of a reserve officer holding the rank of major and serving as deputy company commander in the Maglan unit during an engagement near the Lebanese border area of al-Qouzah.
