A Sri Lankan air force helicopter crashed in the country's east on Friday during a demonstration flight, killing four commandos and two air force gunners, the military said.
Meanwhile, the remaining six individuals, also tri-forces personnel, who sustained injuries during the incident, are currently receiving treatment at hospital, the SLAF said.
The military personnel were preparing for a rope jump when their Bell 212 plunged into a lake, an official told AFP.
