Israeli troops raid mosques in the occupied West Bank

Palestine’s official news agency Wafa reports Israeli forces raided several mosques in the Old City of Nablus and prevented Friday prayers from being held, reports Al Jazeera.

Citing Palestinian security sources and residents, it said three Palestinians were detained during the incursion.

Israeli military vehicles stormed multiple neighbourhoods in the city and fired live ammunition, stun grenades, and tear gas canisters.
