A fire broke out on the fourth floor of the Khulna Medical College Hospital building early Wednesday, triggering an emergency response from firefighters.
According to Fire Service sources, 10 firefighting units rushed to the scene immediately after receiving the alert and began rescue and containment operations.
Following nearly an hour of coordinated efforts, the blaze was brought under control.
The cause of the fire could not be determined immediately.
