Ahmed Ibrahim Sobhan, Managing Director of Tanvir Bashundhara Group (TBG), officially inaugurated the Bush Green shuttle.
Sixteen eco-friendly electric vehicles have been launched for operation within the Bashundhara Residential Area. In phases, the Bashundhara Green shuttle will invest in an additional one thousand vehicles into their fleet.
Speaking at the inaugural ceremony, he stated, "Bashundhara Residential Area will be developed as a world-class, comprehensive 'Green City.' Our goal is to establish this area as one of the premier green cities in the world. With world-class facilities like Sports City and community parks already in place, our primary objective is to make commuting within these areas more comfortable and convenient for residents." He emphasized that this initiative was undertaken with the highest priority given to environmental protection and the people of the Residential Area.
It was further noted that while the service was initially launched with 16 buggies. Nearly one thousand more eco-friendly shuttles will be rolled out soon. These zero-emission vehicles are expected to play a vital role in preserving the environment of the Green City and radically improve the travel experience for residents and visitors of Bashundhara Residential Area will now travel swiftly and comfortably from one location to another.
The ceremony was attended by senior officials of Bashundhara Group and representatives from relevant departments.
It is worth noting that Bashundhara Group, the country's leading industrial conglomerate, has long been working to develop Bashundhara Residential Area into a modern, safe, and pollution-free housing project. The Bashundhara Green shuttle system adds a new dimension to these ongoing efforts.
