Metrorail to halt service for 40 minutes on Tuesday

Dhaka Mass Transit Company Limited (DMTCL) has announced that Metrorail services will be temporarily halted for 40 minutes on Tuesday for the safety of paratroopers.

The information was shared in a notice on Monday.

According to the notice, a para-jump will be held at the old Tejgaon Airport area to mark Victory Day. For the safety of the paratroopers, Metrorail operations will be temporarily halted on December 16 from 11:50 am to 12:30 pm.

The Metrorail authorities sincerely apologized for any temporary inconvenience this may cause to passengers.
